International Orders (Canada & UK)
Customers in Canada and the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee, and we do not cover them.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other issues outside our control. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or is significantly delayed, let us know and we’ll do our best to assist.
